The Three Romances of the Mabinogion

The Three Romances of the Mabinogion, otherwise known as the stories of Owain, Geraint and Peredur, are closely associated with the Arthurian tales of continental Europe. But they also contain a clear strand of Celtic mythology. In this course, these Welsh prose classics are interpreted as part of the storytelling tradition of medieval Wales, and their themes and symbols discussed as part of a broader Celtic culture.
